Four wedding experiences for Indian couples: beach, desert, grand ballroom and Arabian palace, each planned end to end by one team
Dubai Wedding Packages
Our Dubai wedding packages cover the venue, guest rooms, decor, Indian and Jain catering, entertainment, photography, guest visas and on-day coordination. Each is then shaped around your guest count, traditions and budget. Choose sunset pheras on a Palm Jumeirah beach, a mehendi under the stars at a desert camp, a sangeet in a 1,000-guest ballroom, or a reception in an Arabian palace-style resort. Most couples combine two across a three- to four-day celebration.
What Every Dubai Wedding Package Includes
- Venue shortlisting, site visits and contract negotiation, including the minimum spend
- Group room blocks and room allocation for guests
- UAE tourist visas for every guest who needs one
- Mandap, stage and floral décor for every function
- North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Jain, Arabic and continental menus
- DJ, dhol, live bands, sangeet choreography and Arabic entertainment
- Photography and videography
- Fire, music and event permissions confirmed with the venue
- Airport transfers and an on-ground team for every event
Beach Wedding Package (Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach)
A beach wedding puts your mandap on the sand facing the Arabian Gulf, with the Dubai skyline or Burj Al Arab behind your pheras. It’s the most requested Dubai experience among our Indian couples.
What’s included: a beachfront mandap with floral and fabric décor, a sunset ceremony slot, a beach baraat with dhol or a vintage car, and a lawn or poolside reception.
Best venues: Sofitel Dubai The Palm, Taj Exotica, Th8 Palm and Anantara The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, and Madinat Jumeirah and One&Only Royal Mirage on Jumeirah Beach.
Best season: November to March, with sunset ceremonies in the late afternoon.
Desert Wedding Package
A desert wedding sets your mehendi, sangeet or pheras among golden dunes, with lanterns, Arabian tents and a starlit sky. It works best as one standout event within a city wedding, or as an intimate wedding in its own right.
What’s included: a private desert camp or luxury desert resort, Arabian majlis seating, lantern and fire-pit lighting, a camel or vintage-car procession, a fire show and a dinner under the stars.
Best places: the Dubai Desert and Al Qudra, about 45–60 minutes from the city.
Best for: mehendi or sangeet nights, intimate weddings, and couples who want an offbeat look.
Best season: November to March, in the evenings only.
Grand Ballroom Wedding Package (Downtown and the city)
A ballroom wedding suits very large, formal celebrations. Dubai has some of the biggest wedding spaces in the region, so a 600- to 1,300-guest reception can stay under one roof.
What’s included: a pillarless ballroom reception, stage and LED production, a grand baraat entry, multi-cuisine banquets, and guest rooms in the same hotel.
Best venues: Madinat Jumeirah (Joharah Ballroom, up to 1,000; Madinat Arena, up to 1,300), Sofitel Dubai The Palm (Moorea Ballroom, up to 900), and city hotels like JW Marriott Marquis and Conrad Dubai.
Best for: 300+ guests, and any month. Ballrooms work year-round, even in summer and during Ramadan, subject to venue rules.
Arabian Palace Wedding Package
An Arabian palace wedding uses Dubai’s grand resorts in traditional Arabian style, with courtyards, arches, lanterns and waterways, for a regal setting that only this region offers.
What’s included: courtyard or garden ceremonies, a royal-style baraat entry, Arabian-inspired décor with brass lanterns and rich textiles, and palace-style reception spaces.
Best venues: Madinat Jumeirah, One&Only Royal Mirage and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Dubai Creek and the Al Fahidi Historical District suit heritage mehendi evenings and Sufi nights.
Best for: couples who want a royal look with Arabian character.

Entertainment and Guest Experience Add-Ons
Add Arabian and Indian entertainment to any package:
- For functions: Tanoura dancers, oud players, fire shows, a falconry display at a desert event, Bollywood dance troupes, dhol and live bands
- For guests between events: desert safaris, yacht cruises from Dubai Marina, the Burj Khalifa observation decks, the Dubai Fountain, and Dubai’s malls and souks

Travel, Visa and Season Essentials
- Flights: about 3 hours from Mumbai and Ahmedabad, and 3.5–4 hours from Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi and Chennai, with many daily direct flights.
- Visa: most Indian guests need a UAE tourist visa arranged before travel. Guests who also hold a valid visa, residence permit or Green Card from the USA, an EU country, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore or South Korea can get 14 days on arrival. A UK visa alone no longer qualifies. We arrange visas for every guest who needs one.
- Best season: November to March, when evenings are 14–20 °C. Avoid outdoor events from June to September.
- Ramadan: in 2027 it’s expected from about 8 February to 9 March. Weddings are possible, but venues set their own rules on music and dining hours.
